Frequently asked questions

How does the free trial work?

Fill in the form and we set up your club instantly with a 15-day trial, no card needed. You get an admin code (for you) and a members' code. Open the app, choose your club, enter the admin code and you're managing courts, members and matches. If you like it, activate the subscription from the same panel.

Do members have to pay for the app?

No. The app is free for players. The club pays a flat monthly fee and there are no booking fees.

Does it work on iOS and Android?

Yes. The "Paco" app is on the App Store and Google Play, and it also works in any browser at app.pa-co.app.

How long does it take to get started?

Minutes. Sign-up leaves your club ready with default courts and opening hours; then you fine-tune them from the admin panel in no time.

Can I have the app with my club's branding?

Yes. With the own-brand plan (€95/month) the app carries the club's logo, colours and name, and is published on the App Store as "the club's" app.

Where is the data stored?

In Google's cloud (Firebase), with permission-protected access. Each club only sees its own data.
